    My name is Lynn and I have been wearing Lagence since the inception of the company. I shop in many of the boutiques in the Mid Atlantic Area and also online. I have reached out to customer service several times. Francis is usually the one that responds to me either by phone or by email. She has been exceptional in helping me with either ordering or any questions I have had. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she makes me feel like a valued customer. Francis follows up with me to insure that everything is to my satisfaction.
