We are seeking a Retail Stores Sales Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve objectives and revenue targets through excellence in every aspect of the customer lifecycle. In this position, you will be a brand ambassador and be an additional leader for all staff members. You will be responsible for maintaining merchandise and store appearance, as well as meeting and exceeding established individual as well as overall store sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Displays business acumen by explaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to associates set forth by the Store Manager and contributing to the overall store sales goals.

Finance
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team and help us achieve objectives and revenue targets through excellence in every aspect of the customer lifecycle. In this position, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day accounting functions with a focus on factor reconciliations, disputes, etc., as well as daily reconciliations and daily sales for the ECOM business line. You will report to the Director of Accounting and work closely with the Credit and Collection Manager. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cash application of cash receipts, and merchant credit cards
- Process credit memos for merchandise returns for Wholesale customers and Retail Stores
- Prepare daily sales reconciliations for ECOM and retail stores
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger of Due from Factor, by ensuring dilution of chargebacks and open credit memos are processed timely, discrepancies are investigated and accounted for in the proper period
- Prepare month-end close account reconciliations and journal entries relating but not limited to Due from Factor, return accruals, ECOM sales, and sales tax, etc.
- Maintain resale certificates for wholesale customers and familiarity with sales tax
- Interface professionally with all departments and management responsible for resolving disputed pending items
- Assist in the month-end close account reconciliations and journal entries relating to but not limited to prepaid expenses and accrued expenses
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings of the accounting records
- Maintain financial schedules
- Assist with bank reconciliations, as needed
- Assist with various audits (external and internal) and annual financial statement audit
- Assist with system upgrades and/or implementations as necessary
- Accept any other ad-hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 1-2 years of general accounting work experience
- General knowledge of US GAAP
- Knowledge of Full Circle and Shopify Plus, a plus
- Experience with Factors credit facility preferred
- Well organized, detailed oriented, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel specifically is a must

Design
We are seeking a Tech Designer to join our team and help us achieve objectives and revenue targets through excellence in every aspect of the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Engineer tech packs for internal development focusing on cost effectiveness with ‘right-first-time’ fit and quality considerations.
• Evaluate samples ahead of the fit session to accelerate the cross-functional review process.

We are seeking a Client Advisor & Customer Support person to join our team and help us achieve objectives and revenue targets through operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to the L’AGENCE eCommerce channel through effective and timely communication, both written and verbal, using email, chat, and phone utilizing the Gorgias platform and adhering to a 24-hour SLA.
- ·Build lasting relationships with customers. Drive sales through personal client outreach.
- Proactively find meaningful resolutions for customers using best-in-class customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Gorgias.
- Create a CS feedback loop to inform the company of the voice of the customer to influence all aspects of the business.

We are seeking an Operations & Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help us achieve objectives and revenue targets through operational excellence not limited to the following areas: Order Management, Packaging, Returns, Inventory Planning, Warehouse Logistics, Systems. In this position you would collaborate closely with the warehouse, ecommerce, operational and finance teams to consistently exceed consumer expectations and grow our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily e-commerce operational tasks: order management, returns + refunds, inventory planning; including allocations and transfers, and daily communication with warehouse and external parties to ensure operational excellence.
- Evaluate operational procedures, including delivery performance issues – analyze data to communicate with management and report findings, and review processes to recommend best practices.
- Track and report on fraud findings, including chargebacks, lost packages, and work with Finance Team to report order issues.
- Maintain packaging supply levels in-office; placing reorders as needed.
- Assist with warehouse operations matters and act as the liaison for communication with the warehouse and ecom/ marketing teams.
- Schedule quarterly meetings with warehouse team and outside vendors to discuss operational processes and new programs/technology.

We are seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our team and help us achieve objectives and revenue targets through excellence in every aspect of the customer lifecycle. In this position, you will be preparing, packaging, and shipping items sold, ordered, purchased, or otherwise fulfilled through Shopify online orders. Your responsibilities will be to ensure efficient, safe, and professional packaging, shipping, and receiving of various items.
Responsibilities:
- Complete fulfillment orders including picking merchandise, packing orders, and readying for shipment
Process returns for fulfillment orders - Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are followed
- Maintain safe working conditions within the warehouse and exercise care in the course of work to prevent injuries to self and co-workers
- Able to lift/carry up to 40/50 lbs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required
