Shipping
We currently offer three shipping methods.

Orders of $1,200 or more require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 1:00 pm PST will generally be shipped out within 2-4 business days. Please note that "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00 pm PST, your package will not begin processing until Monday, the next business day.

*Complimentary Shipping Details:
We offer complimentary ground shipping for all online purchases within the contiguous U.S. If you select a shipping method other than Ground Shipping, shipping charges may apply. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.
Complimentary shipping does not apply to international, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska addresses.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
We now ship internationally and to the noncontiguous U.S. Shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii via Fedex ground for $35. Please refer to our International Shipping & Returns page for further information.
U.S. Holiday Shipping
Due to high order volume during holidays, please expect a processing delay of 2-5 business days. Orders will not ship out on national holidays including but not limited to:

Returns
At L’AGENCE, we believe exceptional service includes the freedom to choose what suits you best. That’s why we offer a flexible return window—up to 21 days from the date of delivery—designed to accommodate your individual needs. Discover the full details below:

Returns Up To 14 Days After Delivery
L’AGENCE will accept returns for items purchased on the lagence.com store for a refund to your original form of payment.
Returns 15-21 Days After Delivery
L’AGENCE will accept returns for items purchased on the lagence.com store for a refund in store credit only. Store credit received for the value of your original purchase will not expire.
Mail in returns receiving a refund or returns past 14 days for store credit are subject to an $8 return shipping fee.
If you wish to receive a complimentary exchange with no return shipping fee, please see the Exchanges section below.
Conditions:

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have no visible signs of wear.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories such as hangers or shoe boxes must be included.

Shoes: We recommend trying on shoes on a clean, soft surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches. All shoes must return with all packing, such as the shoe box.

Swim: All swimwear must be returned in new and unused condition with the hygienic liner still in place. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we recommend wearing underwear when trying out these products. Any returned swimwear missing the hygienic liner, or in otherwise worn condition, will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

Hats: Hats can be returned as long as they are compliant with the return policy.

Candles: Due to the nature of candles, these are final sale and cannot be returned.

No rips or tears

Returns received after 21 days from delivery date or final sale returns will not be accepted and returned to the sender.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.

To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future returns.
Please note: L'AGENCE cannot be held responsible for returning, replacing, or providing compensation for any personal items mistakenly returned to us. We also are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return personal item(s) back to you.

Exchange Only: All Items marked as Exchange Only on lagence.com are not eligible for refund and can only be returned for an exchange or store credit if the size you need is unavailable.
Exchanges
We now offer convenient free exchanges! If you wish to try a different size or item, please follow the steps in the returns portal, or see the instructions below. Please note: There is no return shipping fee for exchanges.
How To Return Your Order

Enter Your Details - Begin by entering your Order Number along with your Email Address or Phone Number.

Select Your Item(s) - Choose the item(s) you wish to return from your order.

Choose a Reason - Select the reason for your exchange from the provided list.

Submit Your Return - Click “Submit Return” at the bottom of the page.

Print Your Labels - Select “Print Return Label Instead” and print both your FedEx Return Label and Packing Slip.

Prepare Your Package - Place the Packing Slip inside your return box. Seal your package securely and attach the Return Shipping Label to the outside.

Ship Your Return - Drop off your package at any FedEx facility. We recommend requesting a Drop-Off Receipt for your records.

How To Exchange Your Order
You can create a convenient exchange by clicking on returns.lagence.com and following the below steps:

Enter Your Detail - Begin by entering your Order Number along with your Email Address or Phone Number.

Select Your Item(s) - Choose the item(s) you wish to exchange from your order.

Choose a Reason - Select the reason for your exchange from the provided list.

Choose Your New Size - Click “Exchange for new size”, then select your preferred size.

Confirm Your Exchange - Click “Exchange Item”, then choose between:

Instant Exchange (ships immediately)

Send My Exchange After I Return (ships once return is received)

Submit Your Return - Click “Submit Return” at the bottom of the page.

Print Your Labels - Select “Print Return Label Instead” and print both your FedEx Return Label and Packing Slip.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once a return arrives at our warehouse it can take 7 business days to receive, inspect and process. Please note that refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
How long does Store Credit Last?
Store credit received for the value of your original purchase will not expire.
Can I return something I purchased online at the retail store?
At this time, we can only accept returns for items purchased through our website. Please return retail purchases at the Boutique or retail partner where they were purchased.
