The material is so special and high quality. Subtle neutral with a little sparkle. Love it with the matching bra top and shorts but looks great with jeans. The outfit is one of my favorite purchases this year. I feel lucky that I was able to get it before it sold out! I say it is true to size because it is meant to be oversized.
