This jacket is stunning. The faux fur feels like real fur and the quality of the jacket itself is beautiful. The fur is removable and this makes it a great transitional jacket as well between seasons. Constantly receiving compliments on it.
I did have an issue with my order (the belt of the jacket was missing from the order) and Francis in customer service was beyond helpful in having the belt shipped to me. Thank you Francis for your help and attention to this!

This coat is luxurious! The fur is faux but looks and feels real. It is soft and true to size and warm. Only issue if you want the color in the pic, be advised it is much darker than that. It looks more like a light gold, dark sand color. I kept it but for the money really wanted the almond picture color advertised.
