Beyond thrilled with this dress. I am 6’0 tall with an athletic build and went with an 8. I realize that I could have sized down to a 6 upon trying on, but I’ll stick with what I ordered. I will note that the belt is for those with an especially tiny waist (I do have a very short waist and super long legs so maybe it’s just a personal problem). Even though I have plenty of wiggle room in the 8, I can only (comfortably) get the first notch on the belt. Can’t wait to wear this with a turtleneck bottle suit, sheer nylons and ankle booties to the office ◡̈
I’m 5’4 and 36” breast. I usually wear small but after reading reviews decided to size up and ordered M. So it was snug in the breast, but the straps are too long and you can’t adjust them. It would be a stylish dress if it fit right.
Fits perfectly , slimming and classy
I love this “go to” black dress that can be dressed up with pumps and an evening bag, or dressed down with a great pair of boots. You could also totally get away with a thin turtleneck top underneath. The gold buttons are stunning and add so much flare to this body conscious garment. I’m so happy they finally got some of the smaller sizes back in stock. I ordered a 6, but because I’m blessed with a small chest and waist, I might have been able to get away with a 4. I’m having the straps shortened a little for my frame.
Highly recommend this purchase. I’m saving up to buy the same dress in the denim blue color.
