Placed my order less than a week before Christmas, hoping there was a chance I would receive by 12/24, but realizing it was my fault for placing order so late. On Friday 12/20, sent and email inquiring about the order and explained that this was for my wife and would love it to get here by 12/24, but totally understood. Response was “We will do everything possible to expedite it for you and your wife’s Christmas” BAM! Order arrived 12/24 and Christmas Morning, she opened it and loved it. Already planning what outfits she is going to wear with it, and what new clothes she needs to purchase to match with it.
