    A Beautiful Black Hat with Killer Turquoise Gems on the Band!

    Such quality! I purchased the small size, my head measurement is 21-22 inches; I hope that helps you.

    I took the hat to my alterations lady to sew in a small elastic band that discreetly is worn under the back of my head under my hair. This helps it to stay on well. It is such a high fashion accessory which I plan on wearing with everything from jeans to dresses. Hats will make everything you wear look fabulous and will be a head-turner.

    I also love it because it is black, most hats are beige, so different! It's a must buy....
