I think L' Agence is the true meaning of "nice casual" - all the clothes are casual, but with good fabrics and they are polished or nicely finished. I admit I bought this skirt in all the colors: tan, white, denim and black - I will wear them all spring and summer and when it's cold I can add tights and boots in SoCal. Perfect for daytime work, or switch shoes into evening. Easy to slip on sport shoes for a walk too.
