We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our fashion company as a Senior Producer.
Reporting to the Art Director, the Senior Producer must think strategically, move fast to execute shoots; excellent project management skills; a keen eye for compelling and innovative content; and a passion for continuous improvement.
Based in the Los Angeles Studio. Reports to the Art Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
What You'll Do
• Align with the Art Director to define the scope of work for each shoot: determining budgets, hired talent and priorities.
• Build and manage all photo and video production budgets, in addition to budgets for one-off projects.
• Work cross-functionally with channel owners to develop clear and integrated social media strategy for global initiatives.
• Planning and execution of pre-production and production: logistics, travel schedules, call sheets, sourcing, crew, catering, equipment, locations, talent booking and negotiation, build outs, wardrobe, glam, timelines.
• Produce photo and video shoots for web and social media platforms, including campaigns, e-commerce, look books, and supplementary projects, managing all aspects of production.
• Arrive as the first person on set and stay until the completion of shoot days, ensuring smooth operations and attention to detail throughout the entire production process.
• Collaborate closely with stylists to curate and source a diverse range of shoes and accessories for fashion shoots, ensuring they align with the approved creative direction.
• Coordinate and participate in all styling and fitting sessions, overseeing the styling process and directing approvals to the creative director and fashion director for final sign-off.
• Additional projects/ responsibilities may arise in accordance with the needs of the business
Who You Are
• Minimum of 5 years producing within Creative industries.
• Must have experience managing photo studios.
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team.
• Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
• Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within our exciting company.
• High energy and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90 - $110K
