A few reviews mentioned the hips on this were too big. I do think that could be the case, but also helpful if like me your hips are bigger. Since they’re mid rise, they hit right at my waist. I have wider hips and thighs and they flatter my legs well. I’m also 5’7” so the length is good with heeled shoes. They’d be too long for flat shoes. I’m happy with how the size 28 fit (I’m usually a 27 in pants or a size 6).
