L’AGENCE Privacy Policy for Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

This Privacy Policy for Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (“GDPR Policy”) supplements L’AGENCE’s Privacy Policy (“GDPR Policy”) and applies to the personal information we process when someone in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom visits our Website. L’AGENCE is a controller in relation to the information collected on the mobile application, our Website, and in store.


This GDPR Policy went into effect as of the “Last Modified” date at the top of this page. L’AGENCE may update this policy from time to time. Prior to the change becoming effective, however, L’AGENCE will notify you of any changes that materially affect your rights or the way we use or disclose your personal information. Please check for updates frequently by checking the “Last Modified” date when you access the Website or mobile application.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information:

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived page or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
