L’AGENCE Privacy Policy for Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

This Privacy Policy for Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (“GDPR Policy”) supplements L’AGENCE’s Privacy Policy (“GDPR Policy”) and applies to the personal information we process when someone in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom visits our Website. L’AGENCE is a controller in relation to the information collected on the mobile application, our Website, and in store.

Updates

This GDPR Policy went into effect as of the “Last Modified” date at the top of this page. L’AGENCE may update this policy from time to time. Prior to the change becoming effective, however, L’AGENCE will notify you of any changes that materially affect your rights or the way we use or disclose your personal information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including information:

Within our payment platform customers may utilize Shopify Payments, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Global E-Platforms and Stripe.  L’Agence does not maintain a customer’s payment information.  That information is stored by third parties.  Customers should acquaint themselves with the privacy policies of those third parties if they are interested, amongst other things, in how that information is stored.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived page or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
