For observed national holidays, orders will ship on the next business day. Due to high order volume during holidays, please expect a processing delay of 2-3 business days.

Your L’AGENCE orders placed before 1:00 pm PST will generally be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please note that “Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm PST, your package will not be processed until the next business day.

If you opted for 2nd Day Shipping, you will receive your package two days after it ships. In some instances, this does not necessarily mean two days after you placed the order.

Although most orders are shipped the next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date. 

Shipping times can vary based on shipping method chosen and delivery location.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. 

Any order that amounts to $1,200 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery.

Please note that all shipping times are in business days. We currently offer 4 shipping methods for orders:


Complimentary ground shipping is offered for all online purchases. FedEx Ground shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Complimentary shipping does not apply to international, Puerto Rico, P.O. Box, APO/FPO or Hawaii and Alaska addresses.

The "Ground Shipping" option must be selected to receive the free shipping offer. If you select a shipping method other than Ground Shipping, shipping charges may apply. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

For security reasons, unfortunately we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


International Shipping

We now offer international shipping. Please refer to our International Shipping & Returns page for further information. 


U.S. Holiday Shipping

For national holidays, orders will not ship out on observed holiday dates. Orders will continue shipping on the next business day. Due to high order volume during holidays, please expect a processing delay of 2-3 business days.



L’AGENCE will accept returns for items purchased on the lagence.com store within 21 days of delivery date for a refund minus a $8 return shipping fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for in-store purchases or for those purchased through an alternate retailer at this time.

L'AGENCE now offers exchanges. If you wish to try a different size or item, please follow the steps in the returns portal.

Returns received after 21 days from delivery date will not be accepted and returned to sender.

All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, any accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no visible signs of wear. All original packaging and hangers must also be included in the return.

All swimwear must be returned in new and unused condition with the hygienic liner still in place. Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we recommend wearing underwear when trying out these products. Any returned swimwear missing the hygienic liner, or in otherwise worn condition, will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

All items marked as Final Sale on lagence.com are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.

You can create a return by clicking on returns.lagence.com and following the below steps:

» Enter the Order Number and Email or Phone Number
» Select the clothing item that you would like to return
» Select the reason for the items that you would like to return
» Select the quantity of items that you would like to return
» Click on "Download a Return Slip"
» Click on "Download Shipping Label"
» Place your return slip, return item(s) in their original packaging
» Apply your return shipping label on outside of your sealed shipping box
» Drop off at a FedEx facility. Click for FedEx locations

How long does it take to process a return?

Once a return arrives at our warehouse it can take 7 business days to receive, inspect and process. Please note that refunds can take up to 5-7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.


Can I return something I purchased online in the store?

Unfortunately, we can only accept website returns through our online return process. Please return retail purchases at the Boutique or retail partner where they were purchased.
