Los Angeles Collective, LLC and its affiliates (“L’AGENCE” or “we” or “us”) have created this privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy" or “Policy”) in order to demonstrate its commitment to user, visitor, subscriber, and customer privacy with regard to the L’AGENCE websites located at https://www.lagence.com/ and any affiliated websites (together, collectively the "Website" or “Site”). Privacy on the Website is of great importance to us. Because we may gather some important information from our users, visitors, subscribers and customers (collectively “Subscribers” or “you” or “your”), we have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. (iii) targeting users with personalized ads featuring L’AGENCE products.
Users can revoke consent to the tracking and retargeting activities listed above at any time by contacting L’AGENCE at: customerservice@lagence.com.
Users will still be able to obtain L’AGENCE merchandise without providing consent by completing a purchase as a “Guest,” whereby the collection and use of personal data will be limited to those data fields and uses that are strictly necessary to ship merchandise to the applicable users.

Your Privacy Rights/ California’s Shine the Light Law
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, certain information with respect to the types of personal information the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.

We may need to change this Policy from time to time in order to address new issues and to reflect changes on the Site or in the law. Information We Collect
We require Customers who register to use the services offered on our Website (collectively, the “Service”) to give us contact information, which may include but is not limited to the Customer ’s name, company name, address, phone number, email address, cookies, IP logs, billing information, billing name and address, credit card number, and other information (collectively “Personal Information”). Besides the Personal Information, we may also collect other information regarding your use of the Website such as tracking data, which is automatically collected from every Site visitor and recorded on our log files.

How we use your Information
We use the information that we collect to provide and maintain the Website as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. L’AGENCE may make certain Information, including, without limitation, your name address and email address, available to its affiliates and related companies. Our affiliates and related companies may contact you directly regarding certain promotions. This information is never sold, and if you would like to opt out of having L’AGENCE share your name, title address and email address with its affiliates and related companies, please contact our Customer Service Department at: customerservice@lagence.com.
L’AGENCE may use certain tracking data. Tracking data information may be used for a variety of purposes, including but without limitation, to compile statistical, demographic or aggregated information about visitors to the Site generally, or for load balancing metrics and also may be used to create reports on user demographics and the traffic patterns of the Site. The reports that are generated from tracking data are used for a variety of purposes, including, for example, to improve the Site and our services.
All financial and billing information that we collect through the Website is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by L’AGENCE for marketing or promotional purposes, except as provided for herein.
Children Under the Age of 13
L’AGENCE is concerned about the privacy protection of children who access the Internet, and we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). User Postings. You should be aware that any content posted by you to the Site may be read, collected or used by other Site visitors. L’AGENCE is not responsible for the third-party use of any Information provided in such manner. By participating in the use of Site, you consent to L’AGENCE’s use or disclosure of any content that you submit.

Referrals
If a user elects to use our referral service to inform another person about the Site or Site features, we may request the name and email address of such other person. L’AGENCE will automatically send a one-time email inviting such other person to visit the Site or to purchase items from L’AGENCE. L’AGENCE stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

The Site may contain links to websites owned and operated by other parties. We are not responsible for and have no control over the privacy policies of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites prior to providing them with any information.
