I absolutely adore the colour of this dress and the addition of the gold hardware sets it off beautifully. The dress is quite fitted throughout the bust and torso area but you do have the ability to loosen the belt on the waist and also not zip the dress right up to the top section to make it feel less restrictive. it's winter here in Australia so I can't wait until the warmer weather hits so I can wear this dress. It can be dressed down with a pair of neutral flats to wear in the day but would look stunning with gold sandals and a gold handbag for the evening.

This dress is absolutely stunning in person. The cut is incredibly flattering and gives you shape without feeling tight or overly fitted. I’m fuller through the bust, so button-front and tailored dresses can be tricky for me, but the Kolton fits beautifully — no pulling or gaping at all — while still looking sleek and tailored.

The fabric and construction feel luxurious, and I love how versatile the styling is. With the rich brown color and beautiful silhouette, I can wear it with boots for fall, dress it up with heels for an evening out, or even pair it with flats for a more casual look. It’s one of those rare pieces that feels both current and timeless.

I bought this for an upcoming trip to Munich, but I already know it will be coming with me to Hawaii and will be perfect for the ballet as well. When a dress can work for travel, dinner and a special occasion without feeling overdone for any of them, that’s a winner.

This was a splurge, but the second I put it on I knew I was keeping it. Five stars without hesitation.
