Our leather-look coated jeans are created
with a highly specialized process to deliver a lustrous look and comfortable
fit. Similar to genuine leather, coated denim is not suited for traditional
washing methods. Here's how to care for it.
Method 1
Have professionally spot cleaned. Do not try this at home as harsh chemicals may damage the coating.
Method 2
Turn the garment inside out and apply a light mist of antibacterial fabric spray to the interior only. Allow to air dry.
Store folded and, most
importantly, enjoy!

innovation, Feather Coated. Launching in just one fit only, this soft and
lightweight fabric has even more stretch and is suitable for hand washing.
We’ve preserved the leather-like sheen you love but updated our coating process
for added wearability.
Care Instructions
- Turn inside out and hand wash.
- Do not bleach.
- Hang to dry.
- Do not dry clean as heat may damage the coating.

Feather Coated uses a new coating technology and fabric base, so it behaves differently in care and feel. Our original coated styles cannot be washed or dry cleaned. We recommended using an antibacterial spray or professional spot cleaning for our original coated styles. Feather Coated can be hand washed and line dried. The fabric also feels different, with a softer touch and additional stretch.
Yes. Unlike our original coated styles, Feather Coated can be hand washed. Turn the jeans inside out, hand wash, and hang to dry. We still recommend avoiding heat: no dryer and no dry cleaning.
No. Only Feather Coated styles can be hand washed.
Currently, Feather Coated is available in just one style: the Selma bootcut in black. We’ll announce when more options become available.
